Prime time came to wash our house that we just bought and WOW. We thought we would have to tear our back deck down since it looked so old, until Pat offered to wash it. It looked like new afterward! Prime Time Pressure Washing cleaned our home for the first time this year and we are very pleased with his work. Our home had a lot of black algae built up on the soffit and they were able to get it off. The owner is professional, timely, and easy to work with. They provide reasonable prices for great work! Not sure you will get this level of customer service anywhere else!

These guys were pressure washing the house next door. I asked for an evaluation to fo my house. They gave an estimate which was really reasonable. They had their hands full my windows were dirty wasps started to hang next on the garage door and other places, oxidation started. They did a fantastic job. Well priced and efficient. We are planning somebother work. Very happy with the results. I would post pictures but don't have any before to gom0are with the after work was done. Second time using Prime Time. Did a great job removing rust from concrete originally. Soft power washing our siding and windows this time. Attention to detail and careful with landscaping and outdoor furniture. Would highly recommend.

I highly recommend Prime Time Pressure Washing. Our 8 year old house had been starting to show the signs of weather in a wooded area. Algae, pollen, general dirt. PTPW was professional, on time, and our house looks new again. They handled all the different surfaces and types of soil with ease. We had our roof cleaned of a burgeoning algae and lichen problem, dirty exteriors of rain gutters, eaves of bug trash, garage pad, back deck of algae, & areas we could not reach ourselves. We will be adding PTPW to our list of regular home maintenance.

Pat with Prime Time is professional, honest, and very well priced! We've had him pressure wash our home a few times and it's always beautiful afterwards! He recommended having our roof done and walked us through exactly what he would be treating.
