I highly recommend Prime Time Pressure Washing. Our 8 year old house had been starting to show the signs of weather in a wooded area. Algae, pollen, general dirt. PTPW was professional, on time, and our house looks new again. They handled all the different surfaces and types of soil with ease. We had our roof cleaned of a burgeoning algae and lichen problem, dirty exteriors of rain gutters, eaves of bug trash, garage pad, back deck of algae, & areas we could not reach ourselves. We will be adding PTPW to our list of regular home maintenance.

Pat and his team were so hardworking and professional when we had them stain our deck with two different colors (a very time consuming project.) They came when they said they’d be here and cleaned up daily very well. Great communication with us throughout whole project. We could not be any happier with our results or with using Pat at Primetime! We would highly recommend them and their work. They also had the best price out of all the places that gave us estimates.

These guys are fantastic. They pressure washed our home back in April 2021 and I can't say enough about them. Pat, the owner, showed up on our appointment day, explained the process he uses then got to work. My home is 2500 sq ft with 24' peaks and a 12'x18' matching vinyl shed. I have done this task many times in our 18 years of owning this home but have never got it as clean as Pat did in a 3rd of the time. My siding and gutters looked like new when he was done. I will only have Prime Time Pressure Washing complete this task from now on. Thank you Pat.

Prime Time Pressure Washing cleaned our home for the first time this year and we are very pleased with his work. Our home had a lot of black algae built up on the soffit and they were able to get it off. The owner is professional, timely, and easy to work with. They provide reasonable prices for great work! Not sure you will get this level of customer service anywhere else!

He recommended having our roof done and walked us through exactly what he would be treating. We never really noticed how bad it was with the black algae, but after he worked his magic you don't see any black streaks! Highly recommend his services!

These guys were pressure washing the house next door. I asked for an evaluation to fo my house. They gave an estimate which was really reasonable. They had their hands full my windows were dirty wasps started to hang next on the garage door and other places, oxidation started. They did a fantastic job. Well priced and efficient. We are planning somebother work. Very happy with the results. I would post pictures but don't have any before to gom0are with the after work was done.
